Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. Arrivals are guaranteed during these hours. After 20:00, check-ins are subject to validation, except during congress periods and the summer season. Guests can choose between a physical check-in or a self-check-in and are kindly requested to communicate their preference in advance. For physical check-ins, a staff member will be present on-site. Please note that a physical check-in after 20:00 incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival (except during congress periods and summer). For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-out is until 11:00 at the latest. A security deposit of €500 is required. A copy of your identification may be requested prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. This is a nonsmoking property. Guests are kindly asked to dispose of their trash and leave the kitchen area clean before departure. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
