Arrivals are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during conference periods and the summer. Guests can choose between in-person check-in and self check-in and are asked to communicate their preference in advance. For in-person check-in, someone will be present on-site. Please note that in-person check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and the summer. For self check-in, a key box is available. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. A copy of your identification documents may be requested before your arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is nonsmoking. Please take out your rubbish before leaving and leave the kitchen area clean. Otherwise, a deduction will be made from your deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
